Tehidy Inks

Due to the fact that Elizabeth is Artist in Residence at Kennels Cottage, Tehidy Country Park, from October until December 2025, we decided to make our first batch of site-specific inks there. We started with some foraging walks to see what was in abundance, and then carefully began harvesting. We are always very careful that we work with fallen material as a priority, then if we are taking materials, we never take more than 10% of a crop and try to take the least amount we can. Back in Elizabeth’s studio at Krowji and in Sarah’s studio, we have started processing those into relief and drawing inks. Below you can see some of the things we have harvested.
